A turnê iniciou tempos depois da estréia do novo cd da série Hannah Montana 2:Meet Miley Cyrus.A turnê trazia nos palcos Hannah Montana,mas também mostrava Miley Cyrus apresentando a todos a cantora sem a personagem.Nos shows tiveram participação de 78violet e Jonas Brothers.Foi enorme as vendas de ingressos então tiveram que aumentar mais 14 shows para a turnê,o mesmo entrou no livro dos recordes pela venda rápida de ingressos.Membros que participam do fã clube MileyWorld tiveram a disponibilidade de se juntar com The Ultimate Miley Party onde poderiam participar de sorteios.A turnê também teve seu filme lançado em 3-D para os fãs que não foram aos shows pudessem assisitir em 3 dimensões nos cinemas,logo depois foi lançado em dvd.
